Broncos wide receiver Josh Reynolds was injured in a shooting last week after leaving a strip club outside Denver.

Reynolds, 29, and two other men were reportedly followed as they left the strip club and shot at while driving a blue Ford Bronco.

Reynolds was reportedly shot twice – once in the back of his head and once in his left arm.

Another man was shot in the back and a third victim was injured by broken glass.

Police later located the vehicle and found it had “numerous bullet holes on the rear driver's side and windshield,” according to 9News.

The incident occurred at Shotgun Willie's in suburban Denver, the same strip club where Grizzlies star Ja Morant brandished a firearm on a livestream in a private room he had papered wall-to-wall with cash.

According to court documents, Reynolds and the other victims said there was no trouble inside the strip club, but that several vehicles followed them from the club to the highway.

Denver police announced Wednesday that two suspects, Burr Charlesworth and Luis Mendoza, were arrested in connection with the case.

Surveillance video reportedly showed Mendoza's vehicle directly behind the victim's.

Charlesworth reportedly told investigators he was recruited to “help” a friend who had previously had a problem with the victims and asked to follow them.

Reynolds has 12 catches for 183 yards and a touchdown this season.

He did not play in last Thursday's game against the Saints because he was placed on IR with a finger injury.

“Josh Reynolds was the victim of a shooting in Denver on Friday and was treated for minor injuries,” the Broncos said in a statement Thursday.

“Out of respect for the legal process, we will leave further comment on this matter to the authorities.”
