The Sedona Film Festival presents the premiere of “The Gutter” November 1-7

Sedona News – The Sedona International Film Festival is proud to present the Northern Arizona premiere of “The Gutter,” screening November 1-7 at the Alice Gill-Sheldon Theater.

The Gutter features a stellar ensemble cast including Susan Sarandon, D'Arcy Carden, Shameik Moore, Jay Ellis, Jackée Harry and Paul Reiser.

America's 15th favorite pastime has just become dangerous in this rollicking, hysterical comedy.

Walt (Shameik Moore) is an unemployed underachiever who discovers a new talent in bowling. Encouraged by a barfly named Skunk (D'Arcy Carden), he launches a professional career to save the local bowling alley from foreclosure.

With his powerful bowling skills and unconventional style, Walt becomes an unlikely bowling hero – much to the chagrin of legendary champion Linda “The Crusher” Curson (Susan Sarandon).

“The Gutter” runs November 1-7 at the Alice Gill-Sheldon Theater. Performances will take place on Friday, Saturday and Tuesday, November 1st, 2nd and 5th at 3:30 p.m.; and Sunday and Thursday, November 3rd and 7th at 6:30 p.m
