TikTok star Yolanda Diaz sparks concern with 'All I Have' post

A TikTok star has left her fans worried after uploading a cryptic video to the platform suggesting she and her husband experienced a tragic event.

Yolanda Diaz is an influencer and makeup artist who publishes a variety of lifestyle, beauty, and travel content. She has 2.2 million followers on TikTok and 170,000 on Instagram.

On Thursday, she uploaded a video of her and her husband, Zach Nichols, talking and admiring the mountain views while sitting outside. While the video itself seemed normal, it's the accompanying text and caption that has people worried.

Newsweek emailed a Diaz spokesman outside of normal business hours on Friday seeking comment.

“We would have ever gotten up to leave if we had known what was coming,” the text on the video's screen reads, with the caption adding: “Today is terrible, this is all I have.”

Diaz's fans and followers flocked to the comments section to express their condolences.

“Heavenly Father, please stand with Yolanda and Zach during this time. Let them both heal during this difficult time in life. Hold them while they grieve and help them get up while they get better. Amen,” one person commented.

Diaz responded, “For the sake of our family, I won’t reveal any details, although I 100% understand the curiosity. We are just heartbroken at the moment, today was terrible and it is not possible to film anything completely normal at the moment.”

“I can’t believe all the love in these comments. What a testament to your influence on this small part of the internet, Yolanda. Sending you and Zachary so much love,” another wrote.

“Baby, we know how MUCH you love. It's not fair, but your grief will be great, just like the love you have ALWAYS shown. May Diosito be with you and Zach during this difficult time,” another said.

A fourth person added: “Sending you and your loved ones so much love – I hope you're doing well.”

This isn't the first video Diaz has posted on TikTok alluding to something happening behind the scenes. On September 29, she shared a video of herself getting ready while discussing her deteriorating mental health.

“There are days when getting up and getting dressed is the only thing that keeps me from laying in bed and, honestly, crying all day. If I’m honest, we’re hanging by a thread emotionally,” Diaz said.

The influencer then revealed a deep scratch on her face, which she said was due to her anxiety.

She continued: “This week and next are supposed to be the happiest times of our lives, both professionally and family-wise. Instead, it has become one of the saddest and darkest times our family has ever endured.”

Diaz also said she thinks it's important to make sure your partner is someone you can grieve with.
