Trump is suing CBS for $75,000, claiming it favored Kamala Harris

AMARILLO, Texas (KFDA / azfamily.com) – Lawyers for former President Donald Trump filed a lawsuit Thursday in federal court in Amarillo, Texas, alleging that CBS Broadcasting and CBS Interactive are siding with the Democratic Party and its presidential candidate, Vice President Kamala Harris, in this year's election.

Trump is seeking more than $75,000 in damages, which could total at least $10 billion, according to court documents obtained by the KFDA.

The file is in the court of Judge Matthew Kacsmaryk, whom Trump appointed.

The lawsuit includes several complaints, including the 60 Minutes show on which Harris appears after Trump declined to appear.

Trump also claims that most people know he will win the election.
