More than a million people in New Jersey have already voted early in person or by mail. Residents can track their absentee ballot through their My Voter Record account, which can be created on the state elections website.

The choice between presidential candidates is not the only choice on the ballot. Andy Kim and Curtis Bashsaw are vying to represent New Jersey in the U.S. Senate.

People in New Jersey may be feeling anxious and stressed this election season, but patience is key as the results of the presidential election may not be known until days after the polls close Tuesday night.
