When does the Fortnite live event take place? Start time, expectations for remix

Epic Games announced the start of a new mini-season in which the legendary island will return from 2019. Chapter 5 Season 4 will soon come to an end, ushering in a three-part, month-long remix season with promises of a, “chapter-ending event to remember.”

Even though the name of the mini-season hinted at a flashback, some players were concerned when the sneak peek released by the company reportedly still showed the Chapter 5 map. The company allayed players' fears by posting on X, formerly known as Twitter, that the Chapter 2 island would indeed be coming back.
