Where to Park During the SC Pecan Music & Food Festival | Events in the Pee Dee Area

FLORENCE – The SC Pecan Food & Music Festival is about to take over downtown Florence.

In its 20th year, the festival is expected to attract about 50,000 people on November 2nd. 10 blocks will be closed – and with it a number of on-street and lot parking options.

The streets will be full of people, tents and music stages – so where should you park?

Here you can see some options.

A pecan festival was a big bet for this small South Carolina town. Has it paid off after 20 years?

Festival shuttle

Visitors can park their car at one of the festival's parking partners and ride the free Pee Dee Regional Transportation Authority shuttle to the festivities. The shuttles run every 20 minutes. The last shuttles return to the parking lots at 8:00 p.m

  • Hallmark Plaza at 953 S. Irby Street: Motorists should use parking spaces closest to Irby Street. The parking lot normally serves as a parking lot for companies like Harbor Freight Tools and is directly across from the Julia 4 Cinemas. The route ends near the Kids Fun Zone.
  • Florence Regional Airport: Drivers should park on the grass near the front of the airport across from East Palmetto Street. The route ends near the Jazz Stage and one block from the Main Stage.
  • Florence Mall at 1945 W. Palmetto Street: Drivers should expect to be picked up near T-Mobile, in front of Food Lion. The route ends near the Classic Car Show.
