Woman accuses Chris Brown of raping her on Diddy's yacht in new documentary

In a new documentary titled Chris Brown: A History of ViolenceSeveral women are coming forward detailing their alleged experiences with the R&B singer, including a Jane Doe who claims he raped her in 2020, which his lawyers have denied in the documentary.

“Even when I posed as Jane Doe, some people found out who I was,” said an anonymous woman, adding that she received death threats after the incident. “In bringing this forward now, I just hope that I can shed some light on what really happened.”

Doe says in the documentary that she had just moved to Los Angeles to pursue a dance career when she took a trip to Miami with a friend in December 2020. While she was there, she claimed to have received a call on December 30 from someone she knew who invited her onto Sean “Diddy” Combs' yacht.

When she arrived, Doe noticed Brown, 35, was there and thought it was a “sign” that he “could maybe help me or guide me or give me some advice,” she claims.

“We had been talking and he had given me something to drink. “I’m not even sure…this is where my memory starts to get a little weird,” she claims. “I don't remember if I saw him pour it, but I just drank it and he just handed me another drink.” . As I stood there, I felt tired and my body felt a little heavy.

Doe says in a statement to PEOPLE: “None of the texts have refuted the occurrence of the sexual assault. I want people to realize this and stop shaming victims and/or calling them liars just because they love an artist they don't even know.

In the documentary, Brown's lawyers say Doe's claims are completely fabricated. A representative for Brown did not respond to PEOPLE's request for comment.

An attorney for Combs — who is currently in prison facing charges of racketeering, sex trafficking and solicitation for prostitution — declined to comment.

Doe claims Brown then took her to a bedroom. “I remember sitting back and thinking, 'Why can't I get up?' Next thing I knew he was on top of me and I couldn't move and I said 'no' and then I felt him…next thing I knew he was inside me,” Doe tearfully claims she ejaculated internally. “I was so disgusted.”

She then claims he grabbed her phone and texted himself: “I think most girls would be happy… I didn't want that. That's not what I wanted,” she says.

After the alleged incident, Doe continued to speak with the “Run It” singer to get “more clarity,” she says. It wasn't until she went to therapy that she says she came to terms with calling the incident a sexual assault.

“I know for sure. Instead of telling myself it wasn't. It was rape,” she claims.

Doe says in the document that a legal team approached her to build a case, but a judge ultimately dismissed the case “without prejudice” in 2022, citing “lack of prosecution,” according to court documents obtained by PEOPLE . Her lawyers dropped her when police uncovered text messages between her and Brown after the incident. Rolling Stone previously reported.

However, PEOPLE confirms that one of Doe's lawyers, Ariel Mitchell, is representing her again. In a statement, Mitchell said: “I adore my client and believe that what happened to her is 100% true. I feel like I let her down as a lawyer because I didn't make it easy enough for her to feel comfortable with me in such a short amount of time.” Time when she felt 100% comfortable if she was open to me.”

Elsewhere in the documentary, another woman named Liziane Gutierrez talks about an alleged experience with Brown in 2016 (see exclusive clip below). Gutierrez claims she was invited to his Las Vegas hotel room after one of his shows and he allegedly punched her in the face.

“When I saw Chris Brown he was acting strange. Extremely strange. And then I decided to grab my phone and take a picture of him,” she claims in the documentary. “When I got my phone, he saw me with my phone.” Chris Brown punched me in the face. His security confiscated my phone and I was escorted out of the party… I'm not saying what I did with my phone was right. I know that. But that doesn't give you the right to punch me in the face.

A representative for Brown did not respond to PEOPLE's request for comment on Gutierrez's claims.

Gutierrez sued Brown in February 2016. In September 2017 TMZ reported that the two had resolved the case privately.
